You can either get your refund as 5 Euro Uber Credit or 4.20 Cash Back ( 0.80 Euro service fee will be deducted from the refund) to your credit Card.

In order to use an Uber voucher, it is necessary to have the Uber app on your phone. If you don’t have an Uber account, you can’t use the voucher. Once you have the app on your phone and have signed up, tab the voucher link in the mail or sms, it will automaticly open Uber app on your phone, if you accept the Voucher, the credit will upload to your account.

It’s a pretty easy system! 

When you’re ready to use the voucher, open the Uber app; it’s important to have the most updated version of the app. Enter your destination into the app the way you normally would. Choose Vouchers for your payment method. Vouchers will appear. Make sure you're using your personal profile.

NOTE: Vouchers only apply to the trip fare. Tips for your driver and fares that exceed the voucher amount will be charged to your personal payment method.

That’s alright. Your voucher will remain on your account until it’s expiration, but you can choose when to use it by toggling it on and off. After you’ve entered your destination details, simply tap on the voucher within the payment method. Within the Rider Profiles, you’ll see all of the vouchers currently on your account. Toggle the voucher off if you’d prefer not to use it.

3. Tap the payment method above the "Choose [vehicle type]" button
4. Tap "Change" next to the voucher and select a different payment method

NOTE: If you have more than one ride profile, you'll first need to select the profile with the voucher before you can use it for a trip.
Vouchers are valid for one year. If your credits aren’t completely used up, the remaining balance can be applied to your next ride or order.


If you're having issues using a voucher double check that you've done the following:
- Claimed the voucher. Click the link in the e-mail you received to redeem your voucher and add it to your account.
- Requested a qualifying ride. Check the details of the voucher through the original "Accept Voucher" link.
- Used your personal ride profile. Vouchers don't work on a business profile.
- Have the latest version of the Uber app. Update your app or uninstall then reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play Store. If your app is updated, try force stopping and restarting the app.

Yes, but you should keep in mind that when a voucher code is added to an Uber account, it can't be transferred. You will not be able to reload the voucher code to your account.

Well, we are not hundred percent sure either. But we do care for your flight rights. If your flight has been delayed for more than 3 hours, you most probably have “Flight Rights”. Therefore, in case of delays of more than 3 hours, our system creates an automatic link for you which you can apply for passenger rights through our ClaimCompass collaboration. If the link has not been sent, you can contact us from the contact section of our website and request a link to be sent.


A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address confirming the purchase of UrbanBirds. Check to see if you have received a confirmation e-mail. If you haven't received a confirmation e-mail, write to us "Contact " section on our website to find out whether or not your UrbabBirds purchase was completed.
